Since joining the team in 2024, Jason has been instrumental in merging the art of luxury matchmaking with cutting-edge technology.

With more than 20 years of experience building and scaling tech ventures, Jason brings deep expertise in strategy, product development, and growth. He oversees the launch of Monroe Match, our AI-enhanced online dating platform, while also driving the development of KWM’s internal digital systems. His work ensures that even as our technology evolves, the heart of our process—human connection—remains central.

Jason’s background as a startup founder and strategic leader gives him the ability to balance vision with precision. Having been personally matched by Krystal himself, he understands the power of meaningful introductions and is passionate about helping others experience the same kind of lasting relationship.

Fun Fact: Jason has known Krystal since he was 18 years old. He’s been featured on her podcast The Morning After with Krys, recently purchased a forever home with his wife Maryna, and is a proud dad to their son, Geo.
