All clients go through a detailed profiling process, and depending on your membership level, services may include image consulting, professional photos, curated introductions, coaching, and feedback.

How is this different from online dating?
Online dating is self-managed and time-consuming. Our service is fully guided and private. We handle introductions, vet matches, and provide feedback, so your time is spent meeting serious candidates.

What is the Millionaire’s Club?
The Millionaire’s Club is our most exclusive membership tier. Designed for high-net-worth individuals seeking meaningful, long-term partnerships, this program includes concierge-level service, custom scouting, priority introductions, professional branding, travel coordination for dates, and high discretion. Clients in this tier are personally overseen by Krystal and our senior team.

Membership & Matching

How do you choose matches for me?
We use your profile preferences, values, relationship goals, and insights from our team to select matches. It's human-led, not algorithm-based.

How many matches will I receive?
You’ll receive as many compatible introductions as possible during your active membership. There is no cap unless stated in your specific membership agreement.

How long until I receive my first match?
Once your profile is complete and we’ve confirmed your preferences, your first match will be sent as soon as a compatible candidate is available.

What if I don’t like a match?
Let us know. We'll adjust your preferences and continue searching. Open communication helps improve future matches.

Can I date in multiple cities?
Yes. You can indicate interest in being matched in more than one city. This is especially common in Executive, VIP, and Millionaire’s Club memberships.

Do you offer pre-approved matches?
Yes. VIP and Millionaire’s Club members can pre-approve matches before introductions are made.

How many clients do you have?
We have a growing database across North America. Our network includes a wide range of professionals, entrepreneurs, executives, and high-net-worth individuals.

What is the average age of your clients?
Most clients are between 30 and 80 years old.

Do you screen everyone before accepting them?
Yes. Every prospective member completes an interview and internal review. We only work with individuals who align with our standards and values.

Photos, Privacy & Process

Why do I need professional photos?
First impressions matter. Updated, high-quality photos are included in most full memberships and are required for matching.

What information do you share with potential matches?
We only share your first name, a photo, and limited lifestyle information. Full personal details are never disclosed without your consent.

How is my privacy protected?
We follow strict confidentiality practices. Your information is only visible to our internal team and qualified matches.

Database Membership vs Full Membership

If I’m in the database, am I a full member?
No. A database profile allows us to consider you for Executive, VIP, and Millionaire’s Club members. Database members don’t receive consulting, photos, or coaching. You will only be contacted if you're a potential fit for a current client.

Logistics & Fees

Are there additional costs once I sign up?
Your initial consultation fee is applied toward your membership. There are no ongoing costs unless you upgrade services.

Can I pause my membership?
Yes. You may place your membership on hold at any time.

Can I cancel my membership or receive a refund?
Membership fees are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time, but no refunds are issued.

General Questions

What happens if I meet someone on my own?
Let us know. You can pause your membership while you explore that connection.

I’ve found someone I want to meet. What do I do?
Contact them directly and set up a date. Limit texting before the date to preserve in-person chemistry.

Who reaches out first?
We send introductions, but it’s your responsibility to follow up. We're here for support, but we expect clients to stay engaged.

What are your business hours?
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We respond to all calls and emails within two business days.

Who is the Millionaire’s Club for?
High-net-worth individuals who want a fully customized matchmaking experience. This tier is ideal for those with limited time, specific expectations, and a desire for privacy and discretion.
