ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR
As Administrative Coordinator with KWM since 2021, Jessica is the organizational engine that helps keep everything running behind the scenes. From setting up new leads in the system and managing our database to handling data entry, she ensures every detail is handled with care and precision. She thrives in a fast moving, independent work environment and brings energy and curiosity to every task. Outside of work Jessica enjoys being active outdoors, walking dogs, cooking and playing video games to unwind and recharge.

With over 20 years of experience building and scaling tech ventures, he now oversees the launch of Monroe Match and drives the development of KWM’s digital systems, all while keeping the human element at the heart of it. A former startup founder and strategic leader, Jason brings vision, precision and purpose to everything he does. After being personally matched by Krystal, he’s passionate about helping others find the same kind of lasting, meaningful connection.

The newest member of the KWM team and formerly the founder of a leading matchmaking service she launched in Vancouver, Jane is originally from Toronto and now splits her time equally between the West and East Coasts to meet and match clients. She brings unmatched intuition and a signature no-nonsense approach to KWM, having helped thousands of singles move from dating to meaningful relationships through her deeply personalized, results-driven style.
Her expertise has been featured on Bravo, Global TV, CBC, and in publications such as Elle, The Globe and Mail, and Zoomer. A lover of the ocean and proud grandmother to three cheeky grandsons, Jane combines heart and wisdom in every match she makes.
