Meet Jessica: The Organizational Engine Behind KWM

Every great matchmaking team has someone behind the scenes making sure everything runs smoothly. At Krystal Walter Matchmaking, that person is Jessica, our Administrative Coordinator since 2021.

Jessica is the one who makes sure nothing slips through the cracks. From setting up new leads in the system and managing our database to handling data entry and administrative details, she keeps the business moving with precision and consistency. Her ability to thrive in a fast-paced, independent work environment makes her an essential part of the team.

This summer, in July 2025, Jessica also stepped into a new role—recruiting with our team. Bringing her attention to detail and natural curiosity into this area has been a perfect fit, and we’re excited to see how she continues to grow within KWM.

Outside of work, Jessica stays active and curious in her personal life too. She enjoys working out, experimenting with new recipes, and getting outdoors whenever possible. One of her favorite companions is her little dog, Chunky, who joins her on walks. She also enjoys coffee, cooking, and unwinding with video games when it’s time to recharge.

Fun Fact: Jessica’s dog Chunky isn’t just a walking partner—he’s also her sidekick for keeping a healthy, balanced lifestyle.
