Meet Jessica: The Organizational Engine Behind Krystal Walter Matchmaking

Every successful matchmaking team relies on strong organization behind the scenes. At Krystal Walter Matchmaking, Jessica plays that role as Administrative Coordinator, a position she has held since 2021.

Jessica supports many of the operational systems that keep the business running smoothly. She manages administrative tasks, helps maintain the client database, sets up new leads in the system, and handles important data entry that keeps information organized and accessible for the team. Her ability to stay focused and consistent in a fast-paced environment makes her an important part of the daily workflow at KWM.

In July 2025, Jessica expanded her role and began working in recruiting as well. Bringing her attention to detail and natural curiosity into this area has been a strong addition to the team. As she continues developing this side of her role, it has become another way she contributes to the growth of the company.

Outside of work, Jessica maintains an active and balanced lifestyle. She enjoys working out, trying new recipes, and spending time outdoors whenever possible. Her small dog Chunky often joins her on walks, making him a regular part of her daily routine. When it is time to relax, she enjoys coffee, cooking, and occasionally unwinding with video games.
